About Lazaat Hotel
Set in the heart of East Yorkshire, Lazaat Hotel is a dream wedding venue. It’s got everything, a stunning backdrop, beautifully landscaped gardens, and spaces for both intimate and grand celebrations. Plus, that open farm field at the back? Pure magic for photos! We didn’t need much to create something special, just the couple, the scenery, and the soft golden light filtering through.
The Wedding Day
Kieran and Matt started their day with a quiet morning, getting ready separately before their first look on a charming little street in Beverley. The nerves, the excitement, it was all there, and it was beautiful to capture. From there, we headed to Walkergate House, the local register office, where they tied the knot in an intimate and heartfelt ceremony.
Then came the confetti exit, a moment of pure joy! Friends and family lined up, ready to shower them in petals as they walked out, hand in hand, grinning from ear to ear.
From there, it was off to Lazaat Hotel for a celebration to remember.
A Stylish Celebration
The groom looked sharp in a dark blue suit with a green tie, while the bride stole the show in a classic white dress, timeless, elegant, and absolutely stunning. The decor at Lazaat Hotel was just as stylish, with soft florals, candles, and a warm, welcoming ambiance that made everyone feel at home.
The reception? Absolute perfection. Speeches that had everyone laughing (and maybe shedding a tear or two), a cake cutting moment that was full of fun, and a dancefloor that stayed packed all night thanks to an amazing DJ. Oh, and the food? Let’s just say no one left hungry!
Stealing Moments for Photos
One of the best parts of the day was sneaking Kieran and Matt away for some portraits. We kept it simple, wandering around the venue, finding little pockets of light, and making the most of that gorgeous open farm field at the back of Lazaat Hotel. Nothing forced, just them being themselves. The result? Some of our favorite photos of the year.
